Terms of Use Agreement

1. Parties and Purpose

This Terms of Use Agreement applies to all visitors and registered users ("User") who utilize the file uploading, storage, sharing, and online tool services provided by dosyalink.net ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms without limitation.

2. Scope of Service and Rules

The Platform allows users to upload files up to 3 GB to cloud storage, generate download links, and use various online file/document processing tools.

3. Prohibited Material and Content

The legal and penal responsibility of all content uploaded to the Platform belongs entirely to the User uploading the content. Uploading the following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

• Unlicensed software, movies, music, books, and materials copyrighted by others,
• Texts/files that constitute a crime or contain terrorist elements according to applicable laws,
• Materials containing child abuse, violence, threats, harassment, and hate speech,
• Files intended to spread malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or botnets,
• Leaked identity, credit card, or private data that constitutes a violation of personal data.

4. Notice of Legal Violation and Content Removal

dosyalink.net acts as a "Hosting Provider". There is no obligation to pre-monitor uploaded content. You can submit content that you believe violates rights through our Report File / Complaint page. Investigated rights violations will be promptly removed from the platform.

5. Service Changes and Limitation of Liability

dosyalink.net exercises maximum care to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from data losses due to system maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events. Users are advised to backup their critical data.
